- HAND-PAINTED MINIATURE. The indicated price includes the miniature, as well as the assembling and painting services, packing and shipping.
- COMMISSION PAINTING. We will implement the color scheme shown on photos in general unless you have any special wishes regarding colors of miniature/ s or bases. COLORS may slightly VARY. We always provide a customer with some photos of the painted miniature before it is shipped to make sure that it is implemented as expected.
- DELIVERED SAFE & SOUND. We are proud we have managed to reduce the number of figures damaged during shipment to zero. We guarantee that you will get the figure/ s undamaged, otherwise we will replace it/ them. We do our best to prepare a safe package as well as take all the delivery-related risks. In case of any losses or damages during delivery, please contact us.
- GET A QUOTE. We paint wargaming, table top and fantasy miniatures of various kinds and scales. Not all of the existing figures are represented in our store. Just give us some information about the miniature or army which you want to get painted and we will provide a price quote.
- Assembling and painting takes up 30 days from the date of payment. We will contact you right after the parcel is shipped to provide you with a tracking code.
